Accounting Analyst
Location: Hybrid / Córdoba.

Job Brief
We are looking for a Accounting Analyst to lead and professionalize the area in a high-growth environment. This person will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all financial, accounting, and administrative processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Supervise accounting processes, reconciliations, and monthly closings.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Manage cash flow and relationships with banks, vendors, and tax authorities.

Ensure full tax compliance (AFIP, AGIP, ARBA, SIFERE, etc.).

Streamline and automate administrative and financial processes.

Generate financial reports and KPIs for the Executive Team.

Support international operations and scalable financial strategies.

Manage the administrative team and collaborate with other areas (People, Tech, Legal, MKT, and Business).

Manage and streamline cost centers.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in similar roles.

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Experience in startups, tech companies, or fast-paced environments.

Proficiency in management tools (advanced Excel, ERPs, Google Workspace).

Solid knowledge of Argentine tax and regulatory frameworks.

Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).

Proactive, solution-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
Nice to Have

Experience with international operations or global finance.

Basic understanding of AWS or cloud ecosystems (not mandatory).
