Business Development Analyst

Location:  Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Job type:  Full-time, remote.

Job Brief

Reporting to the Growth Manager, your main goal will be to identify potential clients, engage them through various marketing channels, and convert them into qualified leads. You will create and execute strategies working closely with the Business and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client acquisition, contributing to the overall success and revenue growth of the company. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven marketing and a knack for building strong client relationships in the cloud computing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads through various marketing channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.

  • Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and potential clients.

  • Own and manage the company's lead pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.

  • Work closely with the Business and Marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business goals and ensure a smooth handover of leads.

  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present Teracloud's solutions, and qualify them as leads.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling content that attracts and converts potential clients.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on demand generation activities, results, and ROI to stakeholders and leadership.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

    • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Inbound Marketing, or Demand Generation (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are advantageous.

    • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and AWS-related certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) is a strong plus.

Experience

  • 2+ years of proven experience in demand generation, business development, or a related role within the technology or cloud computing industry.

  • Successful track record in creating and executing lead generation campaigns.

  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Hard Skills

  • Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.

  • Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana for effective project coordination

  • Proficiency in using prospecting platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.

  • Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools such as Apollo and Lemlist.

  • Marketing Automation & Digital Marketing: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

  • Basic understanding of cloud computing services, particularly AWS.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions and develop strategic plans.

  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills to understand and address client needs effectively.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.

  • High adaptability to change and ability to manage stress in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
