

Community Manager
Location: Córdoba.
Job type: Mid-time, hybrid.
Job Brief
Reporting to the Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building, growing, and managing our online presence and community engagement. You will create and distribute engaging content, foster relationships with our audience, and ensure that our brand remains at the forefront of the cloud technology ecosystem. As part of this role, you will help amplify our mission by creating content and initiatives that empower individuals and communities to explore and thrive in the cloud.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute a community engagement strategy to grow and maintain an active audience.

Think, elaborate and manage content for Teracloud’s social media, including: official LinkedIn page, People’s Team LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook.

Monitor and engage in conversations across different platforms, ensuring timely, helpful, and meaningful interactions.

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align messaging, amplify and validate content reach.

Participate in industry events, webinars, and online discussions to enhance Teracloud’s visibility.

Track and analyze community engagement metrics to optimize strategies and report performance insights.

Keep an eye on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our content up to date and our community strategy innovative.

Manage the tone and diversity of content across different social media platforms, ensuring that each network's content aligns with its specific audience and objectives.

Adapt content strategies accordingly to maximize engagement and growth based on each social media needs.

Write the copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency with the company's tone and adapting it to the specific audience and objectives of each platform.

Availability to travel and represent Teracloud at events, meetups, and community initiatives when required.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience
-
2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in the tech industry.

Experience working with cloud computing or technology-related communities is a plus.
Hard Skills

Proficiency in social media management tools.

English proficiency.

Strong writing skills for content creation.

Experience with graphic design and video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, InShot).

Familiarity with analytics and content performance tracking.

Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts and industry trends.

Basic knowledge of photography.

Basic knowledge of design and aesthetics.
